Olufemi Bakare is a business Executive with over 20 years of diverse expertise in Business Management, and implementing operational strategies and has been responsible for the growth of Fenchurch Group of Companies. He has extensive experience and is responsible for acquisition strategies, project structuring/development and implementation of effective corporate governance across all Fenchurch subsidiary companies.
He has over the last 13 years led the growth and development of Fenchurch
from a single logistics company to a strong presence in Energy and Power sectors, especially in the development and ownership of Independent Power Plants (IPPs) and mini electrical power distribution grid systems across the country in order to bridge the power gap and contribute to the development narrative of the country.
He has worked at Petroconsultants- MIA (IHS Energy) UK and Zenon oil and gas Nigeria. He sits on the boards of Zeric Energy Resources, Terra Green Limited and the Sickle Cell Aid Foundation of Nigeria; he is an active member of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Power Sector Group.

Phillipha Oluwakemi Ojo started her career in banking over a decade ago, haven worked with 2 top-tier Nigerian banks (Guaranty Trust bank and Stanbic IBTC bank) respectively. Her experience cuts across commercial and retail banking operations, treasury operations, international trade and settlements, and credit and market risk management, until joining the Fenchurch Group as Head, of Corporate Services.
She is a well-rounded Management expert with an in-depth knowledge of business and operational management,
data analytics, and business strategy mapping from development to implementation. A people’s manager haven being wealth manager to diverse captains of industry and Top league executives in the Nigeria commerce sector.
Kemi is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Fenchurch Group ensuring that the business runs smoothly.
She holds an MBA (Hons) from the prestigious Lagos Business school and is a lifetime alumnus of the institution, an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management, and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration -Babcock University, Ilshan- Remo, Ogun State.
She hails from a prominent Lagos Family, is a passionate believer, and Lover of the gospel and kingdom financier.

Technical Sales Engineer
Martins is a young and dynamic engineer with over 6 years of experience in the execution and management of various projects.
He has been responsible for the development of several turnkey infrastructural projects. He has led teams and managed several projects with a focus on design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning.
The projects have ranged from Renewable Energy Installations, Piping and Instrumentation, and Energy Audits to the Development of Production
Plants, Personnel Training, and Medium to Heavy Equipment Installations in the construction, health, and production industries.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng.) from the University of Ibadan and has attended several courses in Project Management and Energy Engineering.
